As we expand across regions, we set new standards in logistics - delivering impact at every step.About The RoleAs a Gateway Operations Professional, you build and run international logistics operations from the ground up at IGA Airport. You coordinate between warehouses, supply chain teams, cargo partners, airlines, and customs to ensure smooth and timely first-mile processes. By tracking key KPIs and addressing operational or regulatory issues quickly, you keep cross-border shipments efficient and reliable.Responsibilities
  • Building and running a start-up business operation from scratch
  • Run gateway ops coordination btw the warehouse, SC teams, commercial partners (ground handling & airlines) and customs on the operation field (IGA Airport)
  • Create effective solutions to operational problems & legislative needs
  • Follow KPI’s and perform corrective activities in case of needs
Expected Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from reputable universities (engineering, business administration, economy, etc.)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in airport/gateway operations
  • E-commerce and/or cross-border logistics experience, air and/or road cargo transportation, and project management know-how are a must
  • Customer and solution-oriented, having an analytical mindset, communication & conflict management skills
  • Good at with MS Office programs
  • Basic level English skill is must, fluency is preferred
  • Completed military service for male candidates
  • This position includes specialist, senior specialist experiences
