Carries out occasional repair work as required
Prevents problems from occurring in the hotel’s technical installations
Implements the corrective action plans as communicated by the Technical Manager
Follows the preventive maintenance programmed
Applies water hygiene procedures

QualificationsYour experince and skills include;

Good interpersonal skills and self-confident
Guest oriented and service minded, with attention to quality
Dynamic and proactive
A thorough and organized approach
Physical staying power
Ability to perform under pressure
Practical and theoretical skills in cold-storage, air-conditioning and electricity
