- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the reservation department
- Train, mentor, and supervise reservation agents to maintain high service standards
- Implement and monitor reservation policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Analyze booking trends and occupancy rates to optimize revenue and pricing strategies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Handle complex reservation inquiries and resolve guest issues promptly
- Generate and analyze reports on reservation performance and key metrics
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge
- Ensure compliance with all relevant hospitality regulations and standards
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel reservations or front office operations
- Proven supervisory experience in a hospitality environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows computer programs
- Strong knowledge of reservation systems and property management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Fluency in Turkish & English; additional languages are a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial transactions
- Knowledge of revenue management principles and practices
- Customer service-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Ability to train and mentor team members effectively
- Familiarity with hospitality industry trends and best practices
