We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function and act as a trusted partner to the site’s leadership team. In this role, you will define and deploy the HR strategy in line with business goals, drive transformation and change management initiatives, ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements, and foster a safe and engaging work environment for all employees.You willContribute to the entity’s operational performance by defining HR targets, deploying improvement plans, and being accountable for the resultsLead the implementation of HR tools, processes, and policies, coaching managers on people-related mattersAnticipate and manage HR impacts of organizational and technological changes, ensuring smooth change managementCo-lead Health, Safety & Working Conditions activities with the HSE Manager, ensuring compliance, managing risks, and leading workplace well-being and Quality of Life at Work initiativesLead, develop, and coach the HR team, ensuring strong performance, continuous improvement, and reliability of HR dataDefine and deploy the HR strategy in alignment with Group and entity orientations, manage related communications and change management plans, and oversee HR budgetsManage employee relations, maintain a positive social climate, and lead initiatives on Diversity, Inclusion, Well-being, and local CSR actionsEnsure compliance with Group HR policies, local regulations, labor law, and ethics & compliance standards (anti-harassment, GDPR, disciplinary actions, etc.)Represent the company externally with stakeholders, public/private institutions, and local universities as part of the Campus Management strategyShare best practices and actively participate in cross-entity HR projects and working groupsYou areA seasoned HR professional with significant experience in HR leadership, preferably in a multinational and/or industrial environmentKnowledgeable in labor law, HR policies, employee relations, and compliance requirementsA strategic thinker with proven ability to lead change management and transformation projectsAn inspiring leader with strong people management and coaching skillsAn excellent communicator with strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management abilitiesFluent in English (additional languages are an asset)Join us!Thanks to its strategy focused on innovation, Valeo aims at reducing CO² emissions and developing intuitive driving to propose greener, safer, and smarter mobility.The fantastic (r)evolution towards the vehicle of the future provides amazing career opportunities and challenging jobs!Diversity by natureAt Valeo, innovation is driven by the diversity, authenticity and energy of its talents.
