- Knowledge of MS Office programs and SAP,
- Fluent in English,
- Recording and tracking daily financial transactions to ensure all financial data is processed accurately and on time.
- Executing invoice, payment, and collection transactions, and regularly monitoring payment plans.
- Assisting in the preparation of budget and financial reports, collecting and analysing necessary data to achieve budget targets.
- Supporting cash flow management by ensuring timely payments and monitoring cash balances.
- Ensuring the accuracy of accounting records and correctly processing all income and expenses into the accounting system.
- Supporting financial analysis and reporting processes, conducting income-expense analyses, and preparing summary reports for management.
- Regularly updating and reporting the company's financial data, ensuring the accurate and timely submission of accounting and financial reports.
- Monitoring and reporting processes required for tax, social security, and other legal declarations.
- Contributing to internal and external audit processes by making the necessary preparations to ensure a smooth audit.
