- Co-ordination and organization of team meetings, regular one to one meetings, conference calls, events, interviews, appointments and / or other similar activities
- Organisation of appointments with customers
- Communication with business world
- Supporting internal activities in coordination with marketing team
- Providing CXO full support with the business and personal issues,
- Managing process required correspondence, e-mail and phone traffic, arranging and coordinating meeting schedules, business travels etc.,
- Drafting and preparing documents such as reports and presentations, and other documentation when needed,”
- Bachelor's degree required from relevant field
- At least 4 years of experience is required
- Knowledge of administrative procedures
- Excellent command of written and spoken English&Turkish
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Distinctive planning and organization skills,
- Able to work within a dynamic team work environment
- Having good communication skills”
