- Subcontractor management (cleaning, shuttle bus, catering, security) in the field of responsibility
- Budget and invoice monitoring about responsible operation
- Having regular weekly meetings with the subcontractor and reporting
- Continuous fulfillment of customer demands
- Make daily on-site controls related with operational necessities
- Implementing and following operational projects in terms of operational standards
- Monitoring the daily service process
- Continuous improvement studies, providing an up to date of method/regulations
- Having bachelor's degree and excellent command of both written and spoken English
- At least 2 years of experience in related/similar departments
- Advanced planning and organizational skills
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office programs (SAP knowledge is a plus)
- Strong analytical & reporting skills
- Open to self-development and learning
- Driving license (B class) & active driving experience
