Account Manager – Sales

- Achieve sales and profitability objectives within your assigned territory
- Define sales channel strategy and tactics
- Build and maintain productive, professional relationships with end customers, C-level contacts, and business partners
- Implement and monitor the Partner Management Operating Framework with business partners
- Organize sales plans and strategies; develop forecasts, budgets, and operational plans for sales channel
- At least 3 years of experience in a sales role
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the medical device and healthcare sector
- Specific experience in in-vitro diagnostics is a strong advantage
- Willingness to travel up to 70%
- You have a good understanding of the customer environment and business partner management
- You have very good presentation skills in the customer environment, show team orientation, communication skills and customer orientation
- You have a high degree of business understanding to include standard competencies (financial, market positioning, healthcare industry, and customer)
- You demonstrate knowledge of organization’s business practices and issues.
