Purpose of the Positionthe Case Manager is responsible for receiving and assessing cases, developing individual case management plans, and following up on their implementation until closure. The role ensures the provision of a comprehensive response (legal, psychosocial, health, and other services as needed) through effective coordination and referral.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and register cases and provide initial assessments.Prepare comprehensive case management plans and update them regularly.Follow up on plan implementation with beneficiaries until appropriate closure is reached.Document all steps in approved case management forms and database records.Provide direct support or internal/external referral to service providers (legal, health, psychosocial, protection).Ensure full confidentiality and respect for protection and privacy principles.Coordinate with the internal team and external protection partners to ensure a multi-sectoral response.Contribute to awareness-raising activities and awareness-raising workshops when needed.Prepare weekly/monthly reports on case progress and challenges.Qualifications and RequirementsUniversity degree in Psychology, Social Work, Law, or any related field.Minimum of two years of professional experience in case management or the protection sector.Good knowledge of protection principles (confidentiality, non-discrimination, participation).Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with beneficiaries with sensitivity and respect.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Proficiency in using basic computer programs.Commitment to the organization’s policies and values regarding equality, integrity, and non-discriminationContract duration: [One year, renewable based on funding and performance].Work location: Gaziantep / Part-time
