This role is critical to driving Ferrero's commercial success and acceleration by translating brand strategy into powerful in-market executions that influence shopper behavior and build brand love at the point of sale.As a senior leader and strategic partner to both commercial and brand teams, you will be responsible for shaping the regional trade marketing vision, leading high-impact activations leveraging on channel centricity, and fostering strong customer collaboration with key retailers to drive sustainable business growth.Main Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Develop and lead Ferrero's trade and shopper marketing strategy tailored to market dynamics, channel maturity, and consumer preferences in the SPF arena.Shopper-Centric Planning: Translate consumer and shopper insights into differentiated instore execution plans focusing on the main touchpoints (shelf, out-of-shelf, and check out) customized by channel and customer, across key brands and consumption occasions.Channel Excellence: Define and lead best-in-class activation strategies across Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, eCommerce and Out of Home channels, ensuring maximum availability, visibility, conversion, and brand/portfolio consistency.Retailer Engagement: Build strong customer collaboration, assess and implement the joint business planning program for selected customers leveraging the 4S framework (strong brands, strong execution capabilities, supply chain excellence, and sustainability to trade initiatives).Team Development: Lead and mentor a high-performing trade marketing, shopper activation, and revenue management team, nurturing a culture of ownership, accountability, and results.Revenue Management: Responsible for developing and executing pricing, promotion (ROI), and trade investment strategies to drive value maneuver and optimize revenue, profitability, and growth across channels and customer segments.Performance Analysis: Use retail data, shopper behavior insights, and category analytics to identify growth opportunities, track performance, and steer decisions.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure sales forecast accuracy and synchronized execution of brand initiatives at trade level. Ensure compliance with the Group Sales and Order to Cash policy and performs the relevant control and monitoring driving convergence plans in strict collaboration with sales, finance and legal departments.Who we are looking for:You have a master's degree or equivalent, 12-15 years of seniority with progressive experience in trade marketing, shopper marketing, or commercial roles within leading FMCG companies. You are commercially astute with a track record of influencing category and revenue growth with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.You possess strong people leadership skills, with experience managing and developing teams in a regional setup. You are highly analytical with the ability to interpret shopper data and apply insights to commercial strategies. Additionally, you have experience in monitoring trade terms across channels and customers, as well as defining the right commercial strategy guidelines by channels and customers to foster the triple win strategy. You should also have experience in analyzing assortment and category pricing, developing and refining pack-price strategy to maximize reach and revenue, and leading pricing architecture to ensure alignment with brand positioning and profitability goals.How to be successful in the role and at Ferrero:Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
