QUALIFICATION

University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
Min 3 years of production and team management experience in industrial operations(must be in printing sector, preferentially gravure).
Good command of both written & spoken English.
Good knowledge of computer skills, all office programs (PowerBI, Access, Excel macro programming).
Experience in lean production methods, 5S organisations, OHSE principles, ISO quality systems & manufacturing costs management.
Customer focused attitude.
Dynamic, team player, good interpersonal skills.
Problem solving, analytical, communication & interpersonal skills.
No military obligation.
Valid driving licence, no restriction for travel in and out of country.
Residing in Izmir.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Ensure that the production is done according to company standards and legal requirements with required quality, quantity, time and cost.
Responsible for the performance of the area/product and team in terms of quality, costs and delivery.
Understand product specification and customer related requirement.
Plan and organize production process inline with procedures & instructions.
Identify production problems and lead to solve them to meet customer requirements.
Ensure that occupational safety, food safety and environmental standards are implemented consistently.
Support lean systems, kaizen projects and TPM method activities.
