Job Description:We are seeking a Mobile Equipment & Workshop Specialist to join our team in Kocaeli, who will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and fault analysis of mobile equipment, manage processes and provide technical support to teams.Your Responsibilities:

Hold a Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Hydraulics, Motors, or a related technical field
Possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in the maintenance, repair, and project management of mobile equipment, including electrical, electronic, engine, transmission, and mechanical systemsDemonstrate hands-on experience with mobile equipment such as Terminal Tractors (TT), Reach Stackers (RS), and Empty Container Handlers (ECH)
Able to read, interpret, and revise electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic schematics
Proficient in using diagnostic software for troubleshooting mobile equipment
Competent in using precision measuring instruments
Skilled in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Catia
Competent in using precision measuring instruments
Experienced in predictive maintenance techniques, including vibration analysis, ultrasound testing, thermal imaging, oil analysis, and other non-destructive testing methods
Knowledgeable about the safe storage and handling of spare parts and hazardous materials (e.g., batteries, cleaning chemicals), in compliance with legal and environmental regulations
Familiar with the 2006/42/EC Machinery Safety Directive and related safety standards
Proficient in English, with the ability to deliver technical presentations
Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications and maintenance management systems such as Maximo or other CMMS platforms
Strong skills in documentation, reporting, and technical presentation preparation
Proven team management experience and leadership capabilities
Able to perform well under pressure and in fast-paced operational environments
Knowledgeable in Lean and continuous improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, 5S, A3, and T-card systems

Your Profile:

Participate in the development, review, and continuous improvement of technical documentation, including Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) procedures
Develop and update maintenance and repair procedures, deliver training sessions, and oversee their effective implementation
Analyze recurring faults in mobile equipment, perform thorough root cause analyses, and implement corrective and preventive measures
Monitor and ensure the quality and safety of daily on-site maintenance and repair activities
Prepare clear and comprehensive technical documentation and visual aids to support training programs
Transfer technical knowledge by working closely with team leaders and technicians, providing practical, hands-on training when required
Execute predictive maintenance and diagnostic tasks to proactively address equipment issues
Document all analyses, create actionable plans, and track their progress to
Conduct takt time studies to optimize operational task durations and improve efficiency
Prepare standardized maintenance instructions and lead Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) studies to enhance equipment reliability
