Job Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Chief Accountant to oversee our financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will lead the accounting team and manage statutory and tax reporting.Key Responsibilities:

Manage the preparation of financial statements and reports
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
Supervise tax compliance and planning
Coordinate with external advisors
Manage audits and related activities
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
Supervise and mentor the accounting team
Analyze financial data to identify trends and improve performance
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field
CPA or equivalent certification preferred
8-10 years of experience in accounting and financial management, including 1-3 years in people management
Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial reporting tools, including SAP
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Effective communication skills
Advanced level of English, both written and verbal
