Senior Product Manager Shavers and Lighters

- Contribute to the local marketing strategy development and marketing operational plan in the shaver and lighter categories, in line with the EU strategy and local commercial targets
- Analyze Nielsen data to monitor the market trends and brand performance in shavers' market regularly so that opportunities and improvement areas are defined, and actions are taken accordingly
- Manage product portfolio based on market and sales analysis, define the products suitable for the export markets and prepare business cases of new product innovations for the local market
- Coordinate the pricing process with Sales and Finance, by tracking the benchmarks and profitability
- Lead communication projects across all consumer touchpoints (mainly TV, digital and in-store) for hero products and launches
- Coordinate external partners like creative, media planning, display and event agencies
- Conduct TV and digital marketing campaigns covering different channels with the support of the media purchasing agency and evaluate their effectiveness
- Partner with national key account customers and NKA team for retail media projects
- Lead influencer collaborations to improve awareness and generate consideration on defined products
- Development of marketing communication materials (product presentations, catalogues/brochures, banner adaptations, promotional materials) in line with global guidelines
- Manage in-store activation projects (in-store branding, POP materials and consumer activities) in collaboration with the sales team
- Product training for the staff (internal staff and merchandising teams) where required, training the teams on brand initiatives and priorities
- Support the e-commerce team and key account management to improve online visibility and content on pure player and omnichannel markets
- Cooperate closely with channel managers to gather information and prepare reports on competition intelligence
- Manage and follow-up the marketing budget for shavers and lighters categories
- Contribute to the sales forecast in co-operation with the demand planner and sales team
- University Degree
- Extensive work experience in marketing related positions, preferably in FMCG/CPG industry
- Excellent level of English language, both spoken and written
- Experience in project management and budget management
- Solid MS Office skills - PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Nielsen database will be a plus
- Experience in an international environment is a plus
