You'll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.You'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality signalling hardware solutions that ensure safe and efficient railway systems. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as V&V, installation, and testing & commissioning teams), support the preparation of Bill of Materials (BOM), and much more.You'll specifically take care of designing hardware engineering drawings, including cable plans and wiring diagrams, but also contribute to analyzing requirements and managing design change requests.We'll look to you for:Preparing and executing hardware and application engineering activities for bids, projects, and programsDelivering hardware design drawings, including signaling equipment layouts, cabinet configurations, and rack designsSupporting the preparation of Control Tables/Route Tables for Interlocking (IXL)Taking ownership of assigned tasks and ensuring quality and timelinessPreparing Bill of Materials (BOM), including equipment codification and quantitiesOrganizing and producing documentation and hardware design deliverablesAnalyzing and managing design change requestsEnsuring the independence of design activities from verification activitiesAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
