- Supports and executes sales strategies to grow the service business within defined customer segments and verticals.
- Identifies new business opportunities and develops leads for maintenance agreements, scope extensions, modernization, migration, and digital services.
- Takes ownership of existing maintenance contracts, expanding their scope through value-added services and digital transformation.
- Responsible for cross-selling within the existing installed base.
- Builds and nurtures strong relationships with key stakeholders, positioning Siemens as a trusted long-term partner.
- Prepares and delivers tailored customer presentations and conducts site visits aligned with client needs.
- Provides consultancy to customers on optimizing building performance through service solutions.
- Collaborates with proposal teams and technical experts to develop customized offers.
- Maintains accurate sales activities and pipeline data in CRM systems.
- Follows up on offers, negotiates contract terms, and ensures a smooth transition to operations.
- Promotes digitalization and IoT-based service solutions by identifying customer-specific value areas.
- Contributes to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 1-3 years of B2B field sales or business development experience; background in fire safety, security, and building automation is a plus.
- Interest in IoT and digital services is a strong asset.
- Customer-oriented with a proactive mindset and strong presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in CRM tools and digital collaboration platforms.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
