- Constantly identify and maintain high quality political and public affairs consultants as required
- Support the business in implementing company's public affairs strategy to solve/mitigate identified business issues
- Contribute to the achievement of business objectives by driving a strategic approach to reputation and regulation
- Support the development and implementation of stakeholder engagement strategy
- Represent the company in relevant Business Interest Groups including trade associations and contribute to industry organizations engagement efforts with government
- Creates company positions regarding key business issues
- Reporting the processes to the BRF Legal &Corporate Affairs Executive Manager and related high levels
- Coordinating and supporting the team work in a multitask, global and dynamic environment
- Closely monitor legislative changes on live animal and environment; inform relevant stakeholders immediately on the pre-defined business oriented regulatory strategy and latest regulative policy design
- Manage public authority Inspections as accompanying inspectors, informing and coordinating relevant Banvit units, collecting necessary information, delivering the requested information to the relevant Authority
- Lead cross functional pro-active cooperation with production, sales/marketing functions and safety/labelling/claims issues associated with regulatory environment
- Keep tracks of the key legislative issues effecting poultry and FMCG sector nationally and globally
- Representation of Banvit BRF before all Public Authorities
- Preparation of letters to the public authorities
- Complies with legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising executive management team on needed actions
- Lead the process of international missions and qualifications in the BRF Banvit production chain
- Being able to strategic communication of written/spoken English and Turkish
- Graduate degree preferably in Business Administration, Management, Accounting or related fields
- Min. 7 years of experience as a Corporate & Regulatory Affairs in a multinational organization
- Advanced communication skills - both written and verbal - in English and Turkish
- Willing to travel without restriction
- Interested in an international working culture
- Living in Ankara or Istanbul and willing to travel or relocate
- Good command of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Professional experience in building solutions to problems
- Good knowledge of compliance in public affairs & public policy implementation
- Good knowledge of regulatory and business environment
- Experience in building relationships of trust and negotiation with company stakeholders
- Ability to build excellent working relationships internally and externally and to successfully influence within a matrix environment at all levels
- Adaptability to complex processes, making fast and accurate decisions
