Location: Kayseri Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Engineering departments; preferably Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering • Minimum 4 years of work experience in a similar position • English fluency required • Highly skilled on Plastic Injections and Powder Coating Operation • High level of PC Skills required • Knowledge about SolidWorks & SolidCAM program • Highly skilled on time management and follow-up • Higly skilled on problem solving • Excellent analytical skills, ability to plan, organize and implement concurrent tasks Responsibilities • Follow up equipment, materials and requirements for each work order • Follow the process and act according to the quality standards, increase the product quality as needed • Follow the technological progresses and try to apply whereever needed • Cooperate with production and purchasing departments to identify and solve problems occured in production area • Assist employees in solving problems and machine failures • Make process improvements for inventory, production and production control systems to meet business objectives • Preparing and controlling manufacturing operating procedures • Prepare adhoc reports about production processes to the top management and to provide information to increase productivity • Ensure that team members follow company policies and procedures • Able to have knowledge of PFMEA, PPAP, fixture and mould design and prepare projects for its Development
