- Increasing the customer portfolio through customer visits and using social media tools such as LinkedIn
- Designing the system to be sold, preparing the offer, and submitting it to the customer
- Following up on the delivery of materials/services and payment processes
- Informing the factory when a inspection is required
- Managing all written and verbal communication with the customer's administrative personnel during field applications
- Graduated from the related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) industry
- At least 5 years of experience in service sales
- Experience in installation, commissioning, and start-up activities (optional)
- Able to manage field personnel and administrative tasks
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical thinking, planning, and organizational skills
- Good interpersonal skills and solution-oriented
- Available for domestic and international travel
