- Minimum 3 years of experience in courier/delivery field in e-commerce.
- Preferably good knowledge of English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Analytical perspective and problem-solving skills
- Having a License and Active Driving
- No travel restrictions
- Monitoring the performance of vehicles and motor couriers.
- Monitoring and improving delivery KPIs.
- Making monthly agreements with courier companies.
- Identifying store-based courier needs and regularly revising the number of couriers/vehicles accordingly.
- Following the innovations in the field of distribution technologies and adapting them to our current business
