- Champion the expansion of our sales network through channel partners across Central Anatolia and neighboring regions.
- Drive strategic sales initiatives and grow our market share for Applied HVAC products including Chillers, Air Handling Units (AHUs), and Fan Coil Units (FCUs).
- Build lasting relationships with consultants, clients, and stakeholders while delivering exceptional service and results.
- Analyze market dynamics—pricing, volume, trends, competition—and propose actionable strategies to senior leadership.
- A bold, analytical thinker with a strategic mindset.
- Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
- Exceptionally organized, able to manage multiple priorities with confidence.
- Skilled in building trust and influencing decisions at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC industry in Turkey, particularly with Chillers, AHUs, and FCUs
- Proven success in consistently achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Ability to work independently, think innovatively, and perform under pressure
