Ensure the seamless operation and maintenance of the server room, LAN, and WAN network equipment.
Work with local vendors and support partners for IT equipment procurement and maintenance; manage related contracts and processes.
Collaborate closely with business partners to understand needs and develop effective technological solutions.
Manage application change requests, and conduct all necessary testing and validation.
Ensure that all applications and the technical infrastructure remain compliant with internal and external audit standards.
Support business process transformation by applying new technologies; research and implement innovative approaches.
Engage with various internal departments and external organizations to resolve operational issues.
Implement and support online meeting solutions based on business requirements, including all necessary technical assessments and preparations.
