- Improve influencer engagement activities with a data-driven approach
- Increase influencer & seller interactions by designing and executing effective engagement journeys
- Manage and monitor engagement tools such as WhatsApp, push notifications, email campaigns, and the influencer center to ensure seamless communication and retention
- Support creative processes by collaborating on content development and visual needs across influencer campaigns
- Assist in the development, briefing, and end-to-end management of influencer campaigns in close coordination with the Growth team
- Track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and generate insights to boost influencer retention, adoption, and ROAS
- Report campaign and engagement outcomes in line with KPIs
- Conduct competitive analysis and follow industry trends to identify new business and engagement opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to improve processes and drive operational efficiency
- Implement innovative product and business strategies to maximize ROI and sustainable growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and agency partners to ensure high-quality campaign execution and content delivery
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields
- Up to 3 years of experience in marketing, growth, e-commerce experience is a plus
- Strong command of English; a second language is a plus
- Solid understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube, as well as influencer dynamics
- Clear and confident communication skills - verbal, written, and visual - with the ability to brief creatives and align with multiple stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure engagement, retention, and campaign performance using reporting tools
- Hands-on experience or high interest in engagement channels such as WhatsApp, push notifications, email tools, and influencer CRM platforms
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and cross-functional collaborations
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of projects that impact key business metrics
- Adaptability to work with remote and diverse teams, managing workflows across different regions
- This role is suitable for candidates at specialist/senior specialist levels
