Join our flow.About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team in Istanbul, Ataşehir. This role is responsible for maintaining financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The Accounting Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring timely and reliable financial data for the Government and Tax authorities.General ResponsibilitiesRecord day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accuracy in the general ledger.Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and adjustments as part of the monthly and year-end closing process.Assist in the preparation of Financial Statements and monthly, quarterly, and yearly Tax Declarations in accordance with the Uniform Chart of Accounts of Turkiye.Monitor and reconcile Balance Sheet and P&L accounts, including local supplier reconciliations and intercompany transactions.Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to audit queries.Participate in the inventory and fixed asset processes.Contribute to process improvement initiatives and automation efforts within the Acc. teamPerform e-invoice and e-ledger transactions.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldA good level of English is essential3-5 years of experience in Accounting, preferably in a multinational organizationExperience in Uniform Chart of Accounts, both BS and PL sidesExperience in SAP_FI and MM modules and MS Office applicationsExperience with tax regulations as e-invoice,e-ledger, and tax submissionsStrong attention to detail, process tracking, and result-oriented skillsEager to take responsibility in flexible working hoursEffective communication and collaboration approachWhy Join Us?At KONE, we are committed to creating a collaborative and innovative environment.
