- Drive commercial F&B performance across both existing and pipeline managed hotels, ensuring delivery of high-quality, profitable, and innovative concepts.
- Support hotel openings in collaboration with Hilton stakeholders and owners, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand and legislative standards.
- Deliver the EMEA F&B Strategy across all brands in the region, aligning with Hilton's KPIs and annual SVP Operations priorities.
- Enhance guest experiences by supporting hotels in creating experiential, on-trend, and commercially successful F&B venues.
- Represent Hilton with external stakeholders including owners, asset managers, contractors, and investors, acting as a key regional ambassador.
- Lead and support key EMEA initiatives such as the Destination Venues Programme, Breakfast Club, and $10M Club to drive performance and innovation.
- Coach and develop hotel F&B teams, ensuring best-in-class performance, succession planning, and talent retention.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Culinary, Marketing, Finance, Development, and Brand Services teams to implement strategic F&B initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards, food safety, health & safety, and local legislation.
- Champion innovation in ESG, technology, and digital marketing to future-proof F&B operations.
- Analyze trends and performance in partnership with the Commercial Finance Director to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Extensive F&B leadership experience in hotels, independent venues, or retail.
- Proven success in multi-site or regional F&B management.
- Strong F&B Leadership and commercial acumen as well as a deep understanding of P&L performance.
- Experience in concept creation, project management, and hotel openings.
- Fluent in English; Turkish and an additional European language are a plus.
- Passionate about ESG, technology including F&B social media and marketing, and F&B trends.
