- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals that demonstrate the company’s value proposition.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Engineering team and other departments to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Strong analytical skills, you are able to create concept solutions based on your analysis and understanding of the customer's logistic processes
- Strong organizational skills, including well-developed influencing skills, both internal as external
- Bachelor in Engineering-related degree;
- More than 10 years of commercial working experience, preferably with high-value engineered solutions.
- Working experience in a relevant industry segment (Airports & Parcel or Baggage Handling Solutions) is required.
- Senior, business acumen and a strong sales spirit;
- Experience using common business software
- Willingness to travel with short notice;
- Ability to work within an international work environment and amongst different cultures.
