If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact.What you'll doVendor/BCO ManagementManage and coordinate vendor's monthly/weekly activitiesSet and follow field operations targets for vendorsEnsure RSP and Network availability KPI's are met by BÇO Approve site acceptances and BOQsField ManagementMake sure field activities such as rollout,revision,alarm status etc are on targetEnsure site inventory up to dateArrange site visits for BoQ accuracy, H&S implementationsCoordinate site sharing activities in Region with other operators and inform & feedbackSite SharingManagement.Quality ImprovementTake innovative actions to improve site qualityLessons learnt improvements for all field operation activitiesWork with central support departments to improve site quality, coordinate saving projectsReportingFollow up and prepare monthly/annual field operations related reports an presentationsWho you areGraduated from Electrical/Electronics/Communication engineering departments of well known Universities

Min 4 years total experience at operator/vendor/ subcontractor. • Will settle and work in Malatya City.
Hands on field experience of maintenance, installation, survey, acceptance,
Project Management experiences of site rollout and FLM
Should have VF RAN access and transport equipment knowledge/experience
Creative problem solving skills
Able to effectively work with cross-functional teams
Able to prepare reports and presentations
Good command of English
MS office experienced
Takes personal responsibility
High communication skills at all levels
Able to represent VF to all local government and public bodies in the region to ensure that all required licenses and permissions are completed on time (e.g. governor, municipality, forest management, electricity companies,BTK etc)
