Design and iterate user-centric experiences for complex software interfaces

Provide and maintain prototypes and high quality designs using industry-standard tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe XD,...)

Conduct structured UX research and usability testing to collect insights from users, analyze feedback and translate findings into design improvements

Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, project managers and development team.

Advocate for the user at every stage by applying UX best practices.

Conforming to Siemens processes, quality standards and guidelines

What do I need to qualify for this job?

BSc., MSc. or PhD. in computer science or a related areas

Proven 3+ years of experience in UX design, within software product development environments.

Very good command of English (German is a plus)

Strong analytical thinking

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Experience in front-end technologies.

Experience in industrial domain is a plus

Experience in Agile Development is a plus

No restriction for travelling abroad
