Bachelor`s or Master’s degree in Electrical / Electronics /Computer / Mechatronic / Biomedical Engineering.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience (Field implementation and training specialist experience or related experience),
Experienced in mechanical devices with electronic systems in the field of clinical chemistry, Excellent presentation and communication skills,
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills,
Customer support experience strongly preferred,
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills,Job Description:
To carry out the establishment/dismantling, maintenance and repairs of the products within the framework of the task distribution planned by the manager.
To apply software and hardware updates of devices,
To make protective maintenance planning depending on the use by following the customer after the establishment,
To assist the relevant departments in the preparation and follow-up of service invoices,
To provide technical training to customers, dealer staff, staff in the field,
To report the details about the activities (telephone support, maintenance, problem solving, etc.) to CRM software up-to-date, to organize a Service Report.
