As our Customer Guide for Compliance Operations, you will serve our users by taking ownership of:

Customer experience ????
Understanding and applying bunq’s AML (Anti Money Laundering) guidelines when reviewing cases
Reviewing user transactions, including complex cases that need careful decision-making
Process improvements to ensure compliance with laws and regulations

This challenge is perfect for you if

You have an understanding of AML, EDD, and Compliance Operations topics, whether through previous experience or through your studies ????
You have in-depth investigation & problem solving skills, and have a strong sense of ethics in line with our commitment to ethical financial practices and responsible management of our users’ assets
You speak data and processes – your accuracy and attention to detail helping you communicate efficiently with internal stakeholders
You’re excellent at applying a solution-based approach that puts our users first ????
You are available for a minimum of 32 hours a week ????
You are an effective and quick communicator in English ????
