We are looking for a technical consultant for Industrial Communication and SITOP products to join our Technical & Specialist Support team. The ideal candidate will provide expert technical guidance to sales teams and customers, develop and validate complex proposals, and support troubleshooting and post-sales activities.What are my responsibilities?Technical consultant will work for Industrial Communication and SITOP products with the following responsibilities:

Technical Sales Support & Consulting

Provide in-depth technical guidance to sales teams and customers, addressing product capabilities, limitations, and feasibilityAnalyze customer requirements and assess technical feasibility for integrating Siemens' DI AUT portfolio into existing setupsSupport pre-sales activities by defining technical concepts and ensuring implementation feasibilityConduct product demonstrations and customer workshops to showcase solutions and their impact on customer premises when needed

Proposal Development & Validation

Draft and consultation on complex technical proposals, ensuring alignment with customer needs and sales strategiesAlign proposal development with Account Managers and other stakeholders before customer consultationProvide input on technical aspects of proposals

Technical Troubleshooting & Post-Sales Support

Provide troubleshooting support for complex technical issues, verifying concepts, and resolving challenges faced during implementationSelectively engage in after-sales support to strengthen customer relationships and drive service adoption on customer premises when needed

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Market Alignment

Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure the seamless execution of complex projectsEnsure Siemens' solutions are well positioned in the market by providing in-depth technical guidanceWhat you need to make real what matters?

Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical / Electronics /Communications, Control Engineering, Computer Science
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial communication (Manageable Switch, VLAN, Routing, NAT, Ring topologies, Wireless Communication, VPN, Remote Access, Profinet, Profibus, Modbus TCP)
A very good understanding of Industrial communication, Wi-Fi, 5G, Edge, Network Technology
Portfolio know-how and project experience in SIMATIC (TIA Portal, S7-1200, S7-1500, HMI panels, Industrial Computers, WinCC) SIMATIC NET (Industrial Communication Processors, SIMATIC NET SOFTWARE), SCALANCE (SCALANCE X, SCALANCE S, SCALANCE W) SINEC Portfolio, SITOP Power Supplies
Good understanding of RFID/RTLS is a plus.
Experience in network solution and/or cyber security, routers, switches, firewalls, IDS, IPS etc. is a plus
Knowledge of relevant standards like IEC62443 is a plus
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Decision making, change orientation and good communication skills.
Results-oriented with strong business acumen
Fluent in English and Turkish, both written and verbal
Willingness to travel
