After Sales Part Inventory & Stock Planning Specialist

• Responsible for Inventory & Stock planning of spare parts from domestic and foreign suppliers,
• Management of relations between suppliers and Hyundai Motor Türkiye,
• Monitoring the supplier's performance,
• In order to ensure stock optimization, analysis and reporting, control of stock levels and taking necessary actions in line with targets,
• Analyzing stock movements, checking the safety stocks and minimum purchase quantities of spare parts,
• Reporting KPI parameters, ensuring the cooperation between sales, warehouse and stocks,
• Placing stock and urgent orders ,checking nonmoving parts,
• Prepare executive presentations for top management.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics or Business Administration
• Related experience in similar positions, preferably in automotive industry
• SAP knowledge is strong plus
• Professional written and verbal communication in English and interpersonal skills
• Advanced reporting skills
• Strong numerical, logical and analytical skills
• Strong planning, coordination and organizing skills
• Good command of MS Office programs
