Lead and manage the CV (commercial vehicle) spare part business in the Sub-Region (Turkey and Azerbaijan), aligning with brand strategy and profitability targets
Develop and execute business plans adjust to local market dynamics and customer needs
Drive market share growth and ensure sustainable, profitable sales performance
Negotiate agreements with customers and provide operational sales support on a daily basis
Lead and develop the sales team with a strong focus on performance and engagement.
Set and monitor individual KPIs to ensure delivery of sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
Collaborate closely with Sub-Region and Regional, CV Business Line Heads to align strategies and initiatives.

Your Profile as Head of Sales Commercial Vehicles Turkey

Min Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a Technical Field
7+ years of experience as sales manager in automotive part sales, including commercial vehicles in global complex/matrix organizations is preferred
Strong knowledge of customer structures, market dynamics, and setup in the sub-region/country.
Solid commercial background with deep CV product expertise.
Proven team management and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams.
Deep understanding of automotive market trends, innovation, and business models.
Ability to exercise natural authority in a multicultural environment.
