Delivery Hero has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 2017 and is part of the MDAX stock market index.Job DescriptionLead Demand Planning & DC logistics teams including 3PL management and driving performance to meet and exceed relevant KPI targets,Informing and advising senior management on the future outlook for supply chain issues, risks and opportunities.To ensure that demand planning & logistics operations are carried out with maximum availability, optimum cost and to follow the continuous cost advantages,Making long and short term warehouse need assessment, and creating new warehouse areas if needed,Leading the team to develop and execute effective Supply Plans, including all distribution planning activity including the end to end DRP (Distribution Requirements Plan)Continually challenging the planning processes and principles in line with providing the best service and value for our customers,Analyse and report on all key Supply, Demand and DC performance statistics and trends & be accountable for all Supply Chain budget,Drive weekly root cause analysis to understand and resolve issues,Maintain stock strategy & stock/batch level settings across all materials in the network, minimising stock write off risk as well as optimising working capital performance,Manage the lifecycle management process for all products and take the initiative to identify ways to increase throughput and improve flow throughout the operations,Ensure all processes and procedures are both documented and measured for performance, with clear accountabilities in place,Driving & implementing the Supply Chain Strategies,Developing and building relationships with suppliers & logistics partners and all related departmentsActively support the business with Cost Saving and efficiency projects and be responsible for leadership and development of the relevant Demand Planning & DC Managers and their teamsQualifications

At least 10+ years of proven experience in supply chain operations with at least 5 years in a managerial role within a multinational/matrix environment
Excellent communication skills in English

Bachelor's degree from Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.Knowledge and experience in supply chain management, logistics operations and planning especially in FMCG and grocery retail3PL service provider and supplier management experienceStrong people leadership with a positive track record of managing direct and indirect reports.Skilled in change management and business transformation.Strong analytical problem-solving skillsGood communication & negotiation skillsAmbitious, confident and able to take initiativeAdvanced level of MS Office ApplicationsAdditional Information
