Define and execute the end-to-end security strategy for Trendyol Pay.
Ensure compliance with regulations and standards (e.g. KVKK, MASAK, PCI DSS, PSD2).
Design and implement processes to mitigate risks related to fraud, cyber threats and data breaches.
Partner with product, engineering and compliance teams to embed security into every stage of the product lifecycle.
Lead incident response and crisis management across security domains.
Build, mentor and scale a high-performing security team.

Expected Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Information Security, preferably in fintech, payments or banking.
Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, compliance and risk management.
Hands-on experience in security operations, fraud prevention and data protection.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to build and inspire teams.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, both in technical and business contexts.
Fluency in English.
