- Installing and configuring hardware and software for the onboarding users: Office IT support personnel is responsible for setting up new equipment, installing software, and ensuring that everything is configured correctly and setting up in the dedicated desk.
- Maintaining network and server infrastructure: Wi-Fi and maintaining server room, IDF and hardware.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory in the office and keep it ready for auditing purpose
- Vendor Management: Manage the local vendors, delivery and tracking of the orders and equipment.
- Manage ISP: Manage: Manage local ISP and related services (Buying mobile, internet, billing, enabling data packages, cancelling and keeping an inventory)
- Meeting room assistance: Assist the users with all the meeting room, lounge and music connectivity issues in the office. Maintain the products at good quality and involve vendors whenever required.
- Hotel Support: The IT Specialist is also responsible for providing technical support for hotels in the region/country, providing the highest customer service, keeping good documentation, resolving tickets with the highest CSAT, helping GSS with continuous improvement and playing a critical role in teamwork.
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Experience in the hotel industry
- Process Management based on the ITIL framework
- Certifications in IT field
- Customer service
- Excellent language skill
- Understanding of ITIL frame work
- Ability to effectively communicate with end users and other team members at varying levels
