Segment the merchant portfolio and analyze each segment in terms of transaction volume, profitability, and churn risk
Design pricing strategies based on bank costs and routing rules
Evaluate pricing requests from the Sales team and offer optimal pricing alternatives
Model the impact of interest rate changes on pricing
Develop pricing/campaign proposals for inactive merchants
Prepare pricing, portfolio profitability, and churn reports for senior management
Establish and manage the end-to-end pricing approval process
Create a structured data repository for pricing decisions and approval history
Monitor merchant behavior to assess whether they comply with the pricing terms offered
Structure all pricing-related processes to be auditable and trackable
Support the management of bank relationships within the scope of the Physical POS product and provide coordination for future strategic projects

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, payments, or banking relationship management
Experience in payment services, acquiring, or card processing is highly preferred
Able to be an independent worker and analytical thinker with the ability to conduct research and data analysis to resolve complex problems
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SQL knowledge is a plus
A process-oriented mindset with a passion for building and improving systems
Excellent at communication and presentation
Capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment and open to tackling challenges
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
Well-organized, driven, enthusiastic about learning, and adaptable to new challenges
Fluent in both spoken and written English
