Strategic Account Sales Support Specialist

- Execute regional sales validation process
- Serve as a regional CRM Supervisor
- Provide user training
- Provide tier 1 user support
- Coordinate additional support with user and IT
- Work with regional sales leadership to leverage information to CRM to augment sales team effectiveness
- Provide training to local sales team members related to tools and services offered by COE
- Sales lead process management
- Routing Orders
- Databases
- Lead Tracking through sales cycle
- Produce associated metrics
- Generate local sales reports as required by Regional/Global Sales Management
- Maintain Salesperson Tables in sales recruiting system
- Obtain attendee lists
- Identify prospects – distribute to sales teams
- Monitor sales follow up
- Track any related revenue
- Provide support as needed to regional sales management
- Maintain sales target lists
- Monitor salesperson performance on target accounts
- Monitor sales follow-up on Lead Listings
- Provide additional support for all COE initiatives as needed
- Monitor effectiveness of sales support processes – work with COE to constantly improve
- Cross-train with regional documentation specialist
- Requires BA/BS Degree
- Prefer 2+ years successful and documented sales experience
- Strong negotiation and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Computer Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Successful academic and professional track record with solid achievements, rankings, or awards
- Transportation industry, service solution sales, or international sales experience highly preferred
