What We Expect From You

Holding a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, MIS, or other related quantitative fields,
Having knowledge of marketing and the ability to analyze customer behavior and insights; experienced and motivated in designing segmentation and portfolio actions and interpreting results,
Bringing strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with experience in project management,
Possessing advanced SQL knowledge,
Being proficient in actively using MS Office applications,
Having experience in data processing, analysis, and modeling with Python is a plus,
Having a good command of English, both written and spoken,
Being a good team player with strong coordination skills across teams, and adapting well to agile working models,
Demonstrating initiative-taking ability,
Communicating effectively and clearly,
Having well-developed presentation skills,

How Can You Make an Impact?

Supporting the data, analysis, and modeling needs of various departments related to Life/Pension insurance lines,
Carrying out exploratory data analysis, data preparation, and data visualization steps,
Building and optimizing models using machine learning algorithms for feature selection, regression, classification, and clustering,
Taking actionable steps for the implementation of developed models,
Conducting analyses to define, measure, and regularly monitor KPIs critical to customer management, highlighting significant changes and ensuring necessary actions are taken,
Providing support and taking proactive actions for below-the-line (BTL) customer communications,
