- Expand our indirect business network through channel partners across the Caspian region.
- Accelerate sales and strengthen market presence for our HVAC product portfolio, including Chillers, Air Handling Units (AHUs), and Fan Coil Units (FCUs).
- Champion lasting partnerships with consultants, owners, and key stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service delivery and sales performance.
- Analyze market insights—pricing, demand, competition, trends—and build strategic growth plans to present to executive leadership.
- Deploy strategic thinking and deep product knowledge to design export-focused sales strategies tailored to the Caspian region’s market dynamics.
- Identify and nurture new opportunities while cultivating long-term partner and customer relationships across diverse geographies.
- Represent Johnson Controls confidently in international markets, adapting seamlessly to cultural and commercial expectations.
- Master multi-tasking, prioritization, and scheduling with precision, backed by robust organizational skills.
- Persuade and influence decision-makers through powerful communication and compelling presentations.
- Stay calm under pressure while driving innovation, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of HVAC industry experience, with strong exposure to Chillers, AHUs, and FCUs
- Experience in Caspian region is a plus
- Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Independent, strategic thinker with innovative problem-solving skills
- Confident under pressure, with a professional and reliable work ethic
