- Minimum 4 years of Non-Life Insurance experience
- Excellent knowledge of English language, both written and oral
- Ability to understand corporate customers' expectations
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
- Hardworking, accurate, result oriented professional
- No travel disability
- Implementing and managing commercial risk programs for corporate clients; dealing with all resulting issues including advice, claims administration and operations monitoring
- Maintaining the coordination in between Clients and internal Aon Units, together with the Insurance Companies
- Execution of sales and marketing activities of the Commercial Risk Solutions products
- Creating business opportunities, acquiring a portfolio of clients and managing relations
- Taking an active role in business development and sales acquisitions
- Ensuring coordination of business processes with Insurance
