Learn more at experianplc.com.Job DescriptionThe Senior Implementation Specialist will work across functional units to ensure success. You will need to prioritize opportunities and have a desire for accomplishment. You will influence team members and convey ideas and information through slides and manage a variety of tasks while keeping tasks prioritized. You will also bring creative and strategic solutions to the table to resolve issues and implement changes to evolve processes and challenge current thinking.

Exhibit technical knowledge.
Prioritize implementation tasks in order of importance.
Present project plans, system overviews, and demonstrate product features across Experian’s suite of products.
Build exceptional experiences for the Experian Employer Services portfolio of capabilities.
Partner with a broad array of team members including other members of our world-class Development, Product, Sales, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing teams.
You will report to the Manager, Implementations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
5+ years’ experience in Implementation, Professional Services, or Consulting
Project management experience with a focus on timelines and project closure
Project documentation experience
Managed a range of concurrent complex implementations from medium to large/Enterprise level clients
Experience with client data files or API delivered interfaces
