Job Description:We are looking for a "Commercial Marketing Executive" for our sector-leading client in FMCG, to whom we provide consulting . Responsibilities Making the necessary plans regarding the sales volume and profitability development, which are among the main targets of the company, and ensuring the flow of information between marketing, sales, production, planning and logistics departments, Determining channel & category priorities and taking action according to the needs of the company by conducting market analysis Contributing to company growth by researching sales-increasing opportunities to ensure that products meet the consumer in the most accurate way Determining the KPIs of secondary placement materials in the store and measuring their performance Creating in-store launch plans for new product launches Conducting field visits in order to closely follow business development and monitor whether company sales policies are implemented on a channel basis Presenting the actions to be taken depending on the field visit as a report, Monthly monitoring the competition and the actions to be taken according to the competition, Monitoring the profitability of products, categories, channels and regions, making price transition suggestions when necessary by taking the competition into consideration, Analyzing the reports of research companies within the scope of Commercial Marketing and Business Development processes, creating action plans appropriate to these analyzes, manager information and submitting for approval, following up Working in coordination with the Planning and Logistics department to produce the right amount of products, ensuring regular information flow. Requirements And Skills Graduates from the departments of Economics, Business Administration etc. of universities, preferably with a Master's degree, Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales and preferably Commercial Marketing, Comprehending the dynamics of the fast moving consumer sector, Knowledgeable in profitability, budget, cost analysis, High persuasive ability, analytical thinking, commercially focused, Developed planning and organization skills, detail-oriented and solution-oriented, Preferably fluent in English, Able to use SAP, MS Office programs, Residing or able to reside on the Anatolian side of Istanbul,
