- Leading the execution of aftersales projects and ensuring that all related activities are executed in accordance with company procedures, contract specifications, quality standards, health and safety, environment requirements, cost/profitability targets, and scheduling goals.
- Assisting Project Controlling to define all provisions, including scope scheduling, and risk management plans.
- Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, and managing risk calculation, while ensuring that all opportunities are identified and pursued.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a key contact for customer enquiries and an escalation point for project issues.
- Ensuring that the service activities comply with relevant environmental policies, health and safety guidelines.
- Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
- University degree in Electrical Engineering
- 2-3 years of experience in Site Service, Testing and Commissioning in Power Transformer.
- Safe working practices and risk assessment skills in high voltage environments
- Good command of spoken and written English and Turkish.
- Demonstrated experience in project scope, schedules, and subcontractors' management.
- Being committed to excellence, customer, and action oriented, decision making and according to situation flexibility.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and panel diagrams.
- Knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Having a valid driving license and no obstacles for traveling.
