Ensuring seamless information flow and collaboration among Sales, Graphics, Production (Foreman, Department Leader), and Warehouse units. Actively managing communication for missing information and changes.
Accurately and completely preparing and tracking production job orders (fouls).
Daily monitoring of Overdue Reports for assigned accounts, ensuring on-time deliveries according to deadlines, and proactively resolving potential issues.
Coordinating the order flow across all processes, from order entry to graphic design and mold preparation.
Meticulously managing customer approval processes (PDF/FAX submission, suspension/hold management).
Coordinating with Sales Departments to complete and re-route production job orders returned due to missing information or changes (quantity, details).
Timely notification of raw material shortages causing production delays to the Sales Departments.
Preparing special reports for assigned accounts, supporting stock control operations, and IC (Inventory Control) purchasing processes.

Qualifications

University degree.
Proficient in English.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Solution-oriented, positive, and analytical mindset.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and strong teamwork capabilities.
