- Proactively generate and qualify new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Manage and drive prospects through the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, needs assessment, product presentation, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective strategies to increase pipeline volume and improve close rates.
- Collaborate with the Product team to provide client feedback and insights, ensuring continuous product improvement and market relevance.
- Work closely with internal teams (Finance, Customer Success, Delivery) to ensure a seamless post-sale experience and strong client retention.
- Build and mentor relationships with partners to expand reach and amplify sales efforts.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer pain points, industry trends, and competitive landscape in Turkey.
- Leverage regional insights to tailor go-to-market strategies and strengthen our clients' competitive position.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in SaaS, product, or enterprise software sales.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English (required for working with international colleagues)
