About Our ClientOur client is a leading mar-tech scale-up based in Istanbul. It is revolutionizing the marketing and data industry with cutting-edge solutions and a dynamic team.We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our client's business growth in Turkey. This role is responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure, while building strong relationships with customers and partners. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and drive customer satisfaction, playing a key role in our clients' growth in financial services, telecom, aviation, and other similar sectors.Key Responsibilities:Engagement & Sales Execution
  • Proactively generate and qualify new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Manage and drive prospects through the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, needs assessment, product presentation, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective strategies to increase pipeline volume and improve close rates.
Collaboration & Customer Success
  • Collaborate with the Product team to provide client feedback and insights, ensuring continuous product improvement and market relevance.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Finance, Customer Success, Delivery) to ensure a seamless post-sale experience and strong client retention.
  • Build and mentor relationships with partners to expand reach and amplify sales efforts.
Market Insight & Strategy
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer pain points, industry trends, and competitive landscape in Turkey.
  • Leverage regional insights to tailor go-to-market strategies and strengthen our clients' competitive position.
Experience:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in SaaS, product, or enterprise software sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English (required for working with international colleagues)
