Job TitleServices & Solutions Delivery Specialist – Contract AdminJob DescriptionServices & Solutions Delivery Specialist – Contract Admin manage and optimize complex service contracts, ensuring accurate registration, compliance, and seamless integration across systems.Your role:

As a Services and Solutions Delivery Contract Admin, you'll play a key role in ensuring that Philips' high-value service contracts are accurately implemented, monitored, and optimized to support seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
You'll collaborate with internal teams including sales, legal, finance, and customer service to manage contract lifecycles, resolve escalations, and support negotiations.
You will determine the appropriate contract registration and cost settlement models based on the service plans included in agreements.
You'll be responsible for creating and maintaining standard Customer Service legal agreements in Servicemax and SAP, including contract materials, pricing, discounts, payment terms, and Installed Base coverage.

You’re the right fit if:

You have experience as a contracts administrator, or in order intake and/or billing; experience in customer service or supply chain is a plus.
You demonstrate strong customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills, with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.
You hold a university degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field (preferred).
You are fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus.
You have working knowledge of SAP, ServiceMax, or Salesforce (strong advantage).
You possess excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
You bring a problem-solving mindset and are eager to identify and implement process improvements.
