Azure Software Factory Architect (DevOps)

• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Factory Architect to design, implement, and optimize scalable, automated DevOps platforms for our development teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and build automation - with proven experience delivering large-scale, cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure. This role is critical in shaping the backbone of our software delivery process, enabling high-performing development teams through automation, tooling, and best practices in software factory design. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and lead the design of scalable, cloud-native CI/CD pipelines and DevOps toolchains using Azure services. - Develop and maintain virtualization strategies (Azure VMs, Docker) and infrastructure as code for high-availability environments. - Design and implement automated integration pipelines for daily delivery of complex, large-scale software systems. - Manage containerized environments using industry best practices to support distributed, reliable development workflows. - Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure full traceability, automation coverage, and repeatable deployment processes. - Standardize build and deployment processes across teams using tools like Conan, Bazel, GitHub Actions, and custom Python-based automation. - Drive continuous improvement of DevOps architecture and infrastructure reliability, security, and efficiency. - Serve as a technical expert and mentor on CI/CD practices, DevOps strategies, and build automation frameworks.
