
Part Time Working Student (Sales Strategy & Business Development)

- Support the team in sales strategy and business development initiatives.
- Assist in preparing sales roadmaps, customer intimacy plans, and management presentations.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis, supporting dashboards and reports.
- Research and track industry trends and new technologies.
- Provide creative feedback to improve the quality of strategic outputs.
- Contribute to ongoing strategic initiatives, including digital transformation and CRM maturity projects.
- Collaborate with business units and functions on ad-hoc requests.
- Availability: Minimum 2.5 days/week during school term, 3-4 days/week during summer and mid-term holidays (partly remote working possible).
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (Engineering, Business, Economics, or related field).
- Willing to learn sales strategy and business development in a challenging business environment.
- Strong customer understanding, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and tech-savviness.
- Eager to follow new trends and technologies.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of CRM or analytics tools is a plus.
- Fluent English (written and verbal).
