For further, you can mail us >> info@nbshr.net #fmcg #senioraudit #hiring Key Accountabilities Conduct full scope financial and operational audits in HQ, production sites and global units within Evyap Group companies Participate in planning, execution and delivery of audit projects based on the audit plan Complete the authorized audit duties within the framework of Evyap audit principles and international standards Partner with control/process owners to ensure accuracy of the control process documentation, and assist in the preparation of relevant documentation Enable continuous improvement of the organisation by assessing their risks, controls and operational effectiveness Develop risk mitigation suggestions, agree on action plans, and process follow-ups with the process owners Prepare the audit report and identify the risks for the audited unit Take part in ad-hoc inspection, investigation and consultancy tasks when necessary Requirements Min bachelor degree in Economics, Business Administration, Science and Engineering or related fields Min 5 years of experience in an internal audit/audit consulting/risk management role / Big 4 firm or in a prominent company within its industry An accreditation/certification which has an add-value on auditor point-of-view will be an asset (SMMM, CIA, CRMA, CFE preferably) Having experience in IFRS will be an asset Data analysis experience in programming languages such as R, Python (preferably) Having experience in SAP modules Proficiency in English Excellent communication and presentation skills with all levels within the organization Self-motivated individual with ability to operate independently, and work well in teams Have a risk-oriented perspective, high problem solving and analytical thinking skills Following current professional trends and developments Ability to interact comfortably across all levels of management in a global environment Detail oriented, strong at cause & effect relationship No restriction for domestic / international travel
